There are several Comfort Club Maintenance Plans to choose from.

- Testing of safety controls and shut-offs
- Inspection and cleaning of the automatic controls including control boards, gas valves, inducer motors and wheels
- Check of blower, motor and belts for wear, tension and alignment
- Removal and cleaning of burners and flue pipe
- Visual inspection of heat exchanger
- Inspection of all wiring for loose connections and damaged insulation
- Testing of supply voltage and amperage draw
- Cleaning and flushing of condensate system
- Replacement or clean air filter *
- Check for proper air flow and distribution temperature
- Lubrication as needed
